35) Do you have any references from your previous work and other business ventures?
It is best to include one or two testimonials on every page of the website, rather than only inserting them into one dedicated section. There is no harm in including your "references" in the ABOUT US page, or on a separate page too.
If you do not currently have any testimonials you should, by email, ask several people to provide you with a brief reference, of at least 1-4 sentences. The best testimonial tells a story, informing how the person was BEFORE they purchased your service; how they felt DURING their work with you and the feelings they had AFTER receiving your product or service.
